Technical Support International, Inc. is one of the fastest growing IT companies in the Northeast and we are looking for a Sales support administrator to assist our Sales Team.

Sales administrators provide vital support to a company business development team. They handle important administrative tasks, such as research and communications with potential clients, and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Sales Administrators also provide a point of contact for customers with queries about TSI services and products. An efficient sales support administrator contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.

These are few of the tasks that you may be required to complete:

– Make effective B2B calls to generate marketing ready leads for business development team
– Conduct secondary research on companies and individuals using various data sources (LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Jigsaw)
– Generating new business leads and setting sales ready appointments
– Provide the Sales Team Manager with scheduled reports on sales activities
– Update and maintain process documentation, monitoring, and reporting


Sales administrators require good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration. They must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that they can provide information to the sales team quickly and efficiently. They must also be good communicators, working with other departments that are responsible for providing service to customers such as account managers and marketing staff. Sales administrators require good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.


Our new sales support administrator must be a college graduate (Associate or Bachelor) with stellar qualifications in office, computer and grammar skills. Our ideal new team member possesses the following characteristics:
– Highly personable, outgoing and positive individual
– Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers and partners
– Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills
– Experience with IT industry is recommended but not required
– Business to business sales experience highly recommended but not required
– Comfortable interacting with customers daily and following up sales leads
– Proactively approaches problems with solution oriented mentality
– Basic computer skills and technical proficiency
